FAQs

Do you work with agents from any agency?

Yes! We can partner with any agent from any agency, anywhere in Texas!


Are you licensed?

All of our TCs are licensed in the State of Texas in an active status.


Do you work weekends?

Our working hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00pm. Federal Holidays off. If something is urgently needed after hours or on a weekend, we will try to accommodate.


Do you charge for terminated contracts?

There is a $50 fee for contracts terminated after the option period. If before the option period, it is a $25.00 fee.


How do you get paid?

The transaction fee will be paid at closings on the CDA. If your broker does not allow TC fees on the CDA, you will receive an invoice after the file funds. We accept Zelle, PayPal, & Venmo. Any other fees for Listing Prep, MLS Data Entry, Compliance Doc Prep, and Termination Fees will be invoiced monthly.


What systems do you work with?

We have experience working in Dotloop, Skyslope, Command, BackAgent, Paperless Pipeline, ZipForms, and DocuSign along with SABOR MLS and CTX MLS. Many systems are based on the same idea, and we can quickly learn the system you use.


Would you have your own system logins or use mine?

We would need to utilize your login information to manage your systems. Except for Dotloop, you can share the loops with us to access the file.


Do you negotiate repairs?

We do not negotiate repairs or terms in the contract but can assist in prepping any amendment with your instructions.
