Andrea Guevara- Owner/ Transaction Coordinator

Andrea started her career as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (TC) in 2020 with another transaction coordinating company. Before then, she worked at a credit union in the Real Estate lending department for 9 years during which time she attended UTSA obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Finance. She went on to obtain a Real Estate license in 2018 then, as life happens, started a family having her daughter.

In 2023, Andrea started her own transaction coordinating company, Prime Real Estate Coordinating, LLC. She loves working with agents and helping their clients achieve home ownership goals.

When she is not working, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, family and friends, traveling (when possible!) and using her creative side—painting & projects.

Megan Jungmann- Transaction Coordinator

Megan obtained her real estate license in 2015. She has worked on several teams as a buyer's agent, lead intake specialist, and operations manager within the Real Estate field. She has ample knowledge of the ins and outs of the Real Estate industry and everything in between. Before then, she worked in the service industry for 10+ years learning the importance of customer service.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, daughter and 2 dogs.
